Globo.com’s entity extractor tool
User research and data gathering (interviews, usability testing and web traffic analysis), and product strategy, design and development (user journeys, use cases, functional specifications, wireframes and prototypes) of Globo.com’s entity extractor tool. As a result of this project, a brand new set of functionalities was included in Globo.com’s semantic platform and, thus, in Globo.com’s Content Management System (CMS).
