Globo.com’s address management tool
User research and data gathering (interviews and web traffic analysis), and product strategy, design and development (site map, user journeys, use cases, functional specifications, wireframes and prototypes) of Globo.com’s address management tool. As a result of this project, a brand new set of functionalities was included in Globo.com’s Content Management System (CMS).
