Requirements, technical constraints and opportunities gathering via multiple workshops, and product strategy, design and development (structure, user journeys, use cases, functional specifications, business rules, wireframes and prototypes) of the direct debit feature for Qantas Premier credit cards, covering off both Qantas Money app (mobile) and Qantas Money companion website (desktop).
