Credit Limit Management for Qantas Premier cards
Requirements, technical constraints and opportunities gathering via multiple workshops, and product strategy, design and development (structure, user journeys, use cases, functional specifications, business rules, wireframes and prototypes) of the credit limit management feature for Qantas Premier credit cards, covering off both Qantas Money app (mobile) and Qantas Money companion website (desktop).
Problem statement:
How can we make it easy for customers to decrease their credit card limit whilst also allowing them to request a limit increase through our digital channels, in line with regulations and financial compliance requirements?
