Commonwealth Bank’s home loan pricing tool

Full UI assessment and redesign of Commonwealth Bank’s existing Home Loan Pricing Tool (HLPT) by addressing a number of gaps from the following points of view:

1. Design and interaction behaviour principles
2. Visual patterns and components
3. Mobility requirements
4. Accessibility requirements

A number of workshops were held to plan, identify and prioritise all the items that needed to be uplifted, and to obtain consensus on the best approach to tackle the most serious issues.

This engagement involved active stakeholder management, data gathering (user feedback, content audit and web traffic analysis), product strategy and development, information architecture (site map, user journeys, wireframes and functional specifications), and visual design.
