Requirements gathering by conducting multiple workshops and user interviews, product strategy and development, and information architecture (structure, user journeys, use cases, functional specifications, business rules, wireframes and prototype) of a case management system for Commonwealth Bank.
This system was aimed at processing garnishee order for debts and similar requests.
