Information architecture (site map, user journeys, use cases and wireframes) and usability consultancy for PayPal’s ‘Create Your Own Sale’ promo website.
This campaign generated over 80,000 custom sales in a month, which were shared over 200,000 times. By letting shoppers create their own sale when it suited them, they saved over $800,000 dollars. In addition, the campaign generated over 10,000 organic signups from friends of existing PayPal customers who saw the great sales they were creating and wanted to create their own.
