NBN Co’s Boundary Manager
User research and data gathering (online surveys, contextual inquiries, interviews and web traffic analysis), and product strategy, design and development (user journeys, use cases, functional specifications and wireframes) of NBN Co’s Boundary Manager, which is a desktop app that allows network planners and designers to create, edit, upload and download boundary files, which includes their corresponding change requests.
Online surveys, interviews and web traffic analysis were carried out in order to understand key user needs, business requirements and technical constraints.
